Aoife Cahill

Aoife grew up in Ireland and graduated top of her class in MSc. Physiotherapy at University College Dublin in 2017. Prior to that, she completed a BSc. Health & Performance Science and worked as a Strength & Conditioning Coach. Aoife moved to Canada in 2018 and has gained a variety of experience working with complex orthopedic and neurological injuries, in both the community and acute care.
Aoife has post-graduate training in Integrated Dry Needling (IDN), Concussion, Bobath Therapy for Adults with Neurological Conditions, and completed courses on topics such as Sacroiliac Joint (SIJ) Dysfunction and Shoulder Dysfunction. She has also trained as a Pilates instructor and often incorporates Pilates principles into her physiotherapy treatment.
Aoife prides herself on building a positive therapeutic relationship and tailors her treatment approach to best suit the needs of each client. She uses a variety of manual therapy, exercise therapy and education to help her clients reach their goals.
Outside of the clinic, you can find Aoife hiking with her dog, practicing yoga, paddleboarding in the sunshine or skiing in the snow.
