Our practitioner guides athletes through exercises that improve power, balance, and control, while correcting movement patterns to help reduce injury risk and support long-term performance on the ice.

This advanced class builds on a foundation of a vinyasa flow with an intentional focus on poses that will activate the core. This flow is designed to strengthen the core, challenge balance, and increase heart rate. If you are looking to build strength, prevent injury or further your practice, this class is for you.
